Trevor Duncan CPT, PTA
Trevor Duncan leads our "Specialized Personal Training" service. It is "Specialized" because Trevor's level of education and training exceeds that of traditional trainers. Not only does Trevor have 20+ years of experience as a Personal Trainer (CPT) but he also has 3 years of higher education and a license from the State Board to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Patient requests for us to continue to work with them beyond their physical therapy, drove the development of this program. They feared working with traditional trainers who did not understand their orthopedic conditions/histories. And they felt comfortable and safe at Synergy after their patient experiences.
Trevor functions as a Personal Trainer. There is no insurance involved. And, because Synergy handles the overhead, we can offer his services at a price that is slightly less than that of a "normal" trainer.
You will not find a better cost:qualification value. And as a result, we generally limit clients to our former patients and their immediate family.
Contact us if you would like to explore this very special service.
